About
Founded in 2019 by Jeffrey Major, TwoArc Advisors provides strategic financial and investment advisory services to commercial real estate investors and developers across the U.S. The firm specializes in niche, sub-institutional asset classes—including manufactured housing, RV parks and campgrounds, boutique hospitality, land development, and private real estate debt.
Jeff has been directly involved in the acquisition, capitalization, and disposition of over $750 million in commercial real estate and private credit transactions throughout his career. He personally leads all client engagements, delivering institutional-grade execution tailored to entrepreneurial sponsors, emerging operators, and experienced real estate investors.
Jeff holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Florida.
